Laminitis is a foot condition that is characterized by necrosis of soft tissues of the foot. This necrosis will cause a rocker or a lowering of the coffin bone. Laminitis is associated with a major lamness and a typical position of the horse or he drives them not to rely on its past.  We also note the presence of a warmth and pain on the feet and fingered a pulse. The diagnosis is clinical and it is confirmed by radiographic examination. The recovery time for laminitis is very long and requires a suitable and quality farriery.
